While we have long been SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, being certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF allows us to better support customers in the EU and the UK.

We've updated our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to reflect Resend's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF.
In addition, we've also updated our list of subprocessors to match our current list of subprocessors.
